Edged Temple Bell

Wind bells and chimes or furin date back to 400 BCE in Japan, and in the Shinto religion bells were used to summon nature spirits or disperse negative energy. This bell comes with a tanzaku (a colorful small strip of paper to catch the wind).

This cast-metal Temple Bell comes in green with black under tones and is perfect for use both indoors and outdoors (Note: paper strip is not weather-resistant). Made in Japan.

Hangs about 6" without paper
